摘 要:叙述了厌氧氨氧化的工艺原理、工艺形式和主要功能微生物的特征等研究进展,总结了温度、基质浓度和pH、DO含量、有机物、金属离子等对厌氧氨氧化过程的影响,介绍了厌氧氨氧化工艺在污水处理测流和主流实际工程中的应用实例,阐明了工艺的处理效能和运行参数等,分析了在实际应用中存在的问题。认为实现工艺的快速启动,有效抑制有毒物质对厌氧氨氧化菌的毒害,提高工艺系统运行的稳定性是厌氧氨氧化在实际应用中的关键,也是需要进一步探索和研究的内容。Technological principles, process forms and characteristics of main functional microorganisms of anammox were described. The effect of temperature, substrate concentration, pH, DO content, organics and metal iron et al. on anammox process were summarized. The application examples of anammox process for wastewater treatment in sidestream and mainstream projects were introduced. The performance and operation parameters of the process were discussed, and the problems in application were analyzed. It considered that the realize of rapid start-up, effective inhibition of toxic substances to anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacteria, and improving the operation stability were the keys to the application of the process, which also need further exploration and research.
