摘 要:北方某开发区污水厂生活与工业混合污水为原水,在HRT分别为12 h和24 h运行工况下,对多段式接触氧化法处理混合污水的污染物去除效果及微生物群落结构进行研究。结果表明,该工艺在稳定状态下挂膜较快,COD去除率6 d即可达到80%。处理后,2种工况下COD、NH_4^+-N均能满足GB 18918-2002的一级A排放要求,其中HRT为24 h工况下处理效果明显优于12 h工况。从初段到末端沿水流方向均构成了由细菌到原生生物再到后生生物递变的群落结构,存在着高低营养级间的捕食食物链,具有显著的的污泥削减作用。Taking domestic and industrial mixed sewage from a sewage plant in a development zone in north China as raw water and operating conditions of 12 h and 24 h of HRT respectively, the pollutant removal effect and microbial community structure of multi-stage contact oxidation treatment of mixed sewage were studied. The results showed that the process was fast and the COD removal rate could reach 80% after 6 d. After process treatment, COD and ammonia nitrogen could meet the requirements of grade A pollutant discharge standard of GB 18918-2002 under both conditions, and the treatment effect of 24 h HRT was significantly better than that of 12 h. From the initial stage to the end, along the direction of water flow, the community structure was gradually changed from bacteria to protozoa and then to metazoan. There was a feeding food chain between high and low nutrient levels, which had a significant effect on sludge reduction.
