摘 要:质量比3:5:2的配比的椰壳活性炭、酸改凹凸棒土和MnO_2为原料制备吸附-催化材料,并以双氧水为氧化剂,处理以直链烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)为特征污染物的生活洗衣废水。结果表明,该吸附-催化材料有较大的比表面积与总孔容,MnO_2颗粒负载在酸改凹凸棒土和椰壳活性炭表面。吸附-催化氧化体系对生活洗衣废水处理效果较好,COD、NH_4^+-N、NO_3^--N、TP、LAS的去除率分别大于88%、75%、75%、66%、88%。双氧水投加量对LAS的去除有显著影响,材料投加量对NH_4^+-N、NO_3^--N的去除有显著影响,进水流量较大时有利于材料的合理利用。连续处理的优化参数为H_2O_2投加量1.0 m L/min,进水体积流量0.4 L/min。The adsorption-catalytic material was synthesized by activated carbon, acid-modified attapulgite and MnO2 with mass ratio of 3:5:2, and hydrogen peroxide was used as oxidant to treat laundry wastewater which selected linear alkylbenzene sulfonate(LAS) as a characteristic pollutant. The results indicated that the adsorption-catalytic material had a large specific surface area and total pore volume. MnO2 particles were attached on surface of acidmodified attapulgite and activated carbon. The adsorption-catalytic oxidation system showed great effect on the treatment of laundry wastewater, the removal rate of COD, NH4^+-N, NO3^--N, TP and LAS was above 88%, 75%, 75%, 66% and 88% respectively. The dosage of hydrogen peroxide played an important role on the removal of LAS. In addition, the dosage of materials also had a significant effect on the removal of NH4^+-N and NO3^--N. Meanwhile,high influent flow was facilitated to the rational use of materials. The optimize parameters of continuous treatment was as follow, H2O2 dosage was 1.0 mL/min and influent volume flow rate was 0.4 L/min.
