摘 要:通过对焦化废水尾水进行超滤分级实验和XAD-8/XAD-4吸附树脂分离,将焦化尾水中有机物的相对分子质量分为≥100×10~3、10×10~3~<100×10~3、4×10~3~<10×10~3、10~3~<4×10~3和<10~3这5个区间,对每个分子量区间的滤液经联合树脂分离为疏水酸、疏水中性物质、弱疏水物质和亲水物质4类有机物,分析了焦化尾水中有机物的分布规律。结果表明,焦化尾水中主要以相对分子质量>10×10~3的大分子量有机物和<10~3的小分子量有机物为主,疏水酸的DOC的质量分数为45.88%,是焦化尾水中主体有机物,其多分布在相对分子质量<10~3区间,且此类有机物中含有较多难降解芳香性化合物。焦化尾水深度处理可优先考虑混凝、过滤工艺,再以高级氧化工艺去除DOC,联合吸附工艺除去小分子物质。Ultra-filtration and organic matter resin separation were used to analyze the relative molecular mass distribution(MW) and hydrophobicityhydrophilicity of organic compounds in coking wastewater. Coking wastewater was separated into Mm≥100×10^3, 10×10^3~<100×10^3, 4×10^3~<10×10^3,10^3~<4×10^3 and <10^3, and in every of those molecular weight distribution the filtrate were separated by XAD-8 and XAD-4 resin into four types of organic matter, that is, hydrophobic-acid fraction(HPO-A), hydrophobic-neutral fraction(HPO-N), tranphilic fraction(TPI), and hydrophilic fraction(HPI).Organic matter distribution discipline in samples was analyzed. The results showed that coking wastewater was more contributed by organic matter Mm>10×10^3 and MW <10^3, DOC mass fraction of hydrophobic acids was 45.88% which mainly distributed in Mm <103, and the structure of organic compound contains more unsaturated aromatic compounds. The advanced treatment of coking wastewater should give priority to coagulation, filtration process, then using advanced oxidation to remove DOC and combined with adsorption process to remove micromolecule matter.
