摘 要:介绍了金堆城钼业股份有限公司多膛炉焙烧烟气脱硫淋洗系统废水的处理工艺研究进展。通过试验比较淋洗液中COD的深度处理办法,最终确定采用生物制剂协同氧化+脱钙+反渗透工艺,处理后清水产水率在80%~85%,废水COD脱除率在93%左右,满足回用要求。The progress of treatment technology of waste water in off-gas desulphurization and washing system in multi-chamber furnace of Jinduicheng Molybdenum Industry is introduced. The depth treatment method of COD in the eluting liquid is compared though the experiment,and finally it is determined that the biological agent co-oxidation+decalcification+reverse osmosis process is adopted .After treatment,the water content of the clean aquatic product is 80% to 85%,and the COD removal rate of waste water is about 93%,meet the reuse requirements.
