摘　　要：介绍了云南云天化股份有限公司云峰分公司200kt/aMAP装置除尘改造措施与效果。原装置仅设置了一级重力除尘室,重力除尘室运行时间短,清理频繁。为延长装置运行时间,对尾气除尘系统进行改造和完善,增加旋风除尘器,原列管式洗涤改为螺旋式喷头洗涤并增加磷酸洗涤。技改后装置除尘清理周期由7d一次延长到6个月一次,装置开工率由86.67%提高到98.33%,增加利润约1533万元/a。The dust removal measures and effects of the 200 kt/a MAP plant in Yuntianhua Yunfeng Branch are introduced.In the original device,only one gravity dedusting chamber is installed,so that the operation time of the gravity dedusting chamber is short and the cleaning is frequent.In order to prolong the operation time of the unit,the tail gas dust removal system is reformed and improved.Cyclone dust collector is added.The original tubular scrubbing is changed to spiral nozzle scrubbing and phosphoric acid scrubbing is added.After technological renovation,the dust removal and cleaning cycle of the device is extended from 7 days to 6 months,and the start-up rate of the device is increased from 86.67% to 98.33%,with an increase of profit of about 15.33 million yuan.
