摘　　要：介绍了硫酸装置干吸塔分酸器的种类和特点,对目前常用的管式分酸器、管槽式分酸器和碟式分酸器进行了分析比较。以包头华鼎铜业发展有限公司1套120kt/a冶炼烟气制酸装置恢复生产中干吸塔分酸器设计选型为案例,介绍选用高硅含铬球墨铸铁合金管式分酸器的经验。分酸器的选择可根据工艺状况、使用时间、节能减排、投资成本等方面综合考虑。The types and characteristics of acid distributors in dry absorption tower of sulphuric acid plant are introduced.The commonly used tubular acid distributors,tubular acid distributors and disc acid distributors are analyzed and compared. Taking a 120 kt/a smelting flue gas sulphuric acid plant in Baotou Huading Copper Industry Development Co.,Ltd. as an example,the experience of selecting high silicon chromium nodular cast iron alloy tubular acid distributor is introduced. The selection of acid distributor can be considered comprehensively in terms of process condition,service time,energy saving and emission reduction,investment cost,etc.
