摘 要:针对虚拟物流网络物流任务调控的动态性、迅速性和及时性特点,提出了基于三支决策的虚拟物流任务动态调控模型。首先,根据物流任务的描述模型,将虚拟物流任务划分为13个小属性,建立物流任务决策信息表;其次,在已建立的物流任务决策信息表基础上,基于三支决策构造理论,提出改进的三支决策动态调控模型,建立了虚拟物流任务动态调控模型,设计实现了相关算法,给出了一种新的代价矩阵确定方法;最后通过实例说明了模型与算法的有效性和合理性。The virtual logistics network is dynamic, swift and timely in its scheduling of the logistics tasks, in view of which, this paper proposes a dynamic scheduling model for virtual logistics tasks based on the three-way decision-making process. Firstly, according to the description model of the logistics task, the virtual logistics task can be divided along 13 smaller attributes, where the information sheet for the decision-making concerning the logistics task is drawn. Secondly, based on the sheet drawn and the three-way decision-making theory, an improved three- way decision- making based dynamic scheduling model, as well as a virtual logistics task dynamic scheduling model is established, for which the relevant algorithm is developed and realized and a new cost matrix determination method is presented. At the end, an empirical example is used to illustrate the validity and rationality of the model and algorithm proposed.
