摘  要:以荷叶黄酮为研究对象,用MTT方法检测其细胞毒性,用酶学方法检测其酪氨酸酶抑制效应,用DPPH方法检测其抗氧化性能。将荷叶黄酮应用于护肤霜,检测人体面部皮肤美白效果。实验结果表明,荷叶黄酮添加质量分数为1.00%及以下无细胞毒性,在0.02%~0.30%内均可显著抑制酪氨酸酶活力,荷叶黄酮可有效清除DPPH自由基,护肤霜可减少受试者面部黑色素含量。Taking lotus leaf flavones as the research object, the cytotoxicity, the inhibitory effects on tyrosinase activity, and the antioxidation were studied by MTT test, enzymological method and DPPH scavenging experiment, respectively. Lotus leaf flavones were applied in a formula of skin cream and the facial whitening effects were examined. The results show that lotus leaf flavones exhibit no cytotoxicity at a concentration equal to or less than 1.00%, and the tyrosinase activity is decreased at the concentration of lotus leaf flavones between 0.02% and 0.30%. Lotus leaf flavones can scavenge DPPH radicals effectively. The skin cream containing lotus leaf flavones can reduce the facial melanin content.
