摘　　要：结合西安交通大学近年来在加强实体平台建设、推进设备资源开放共享、提升资源使用效益方面的实践探索,在广泛了解兄弟高校的经验和做法的基础上,分析了高校分散在院系、科研团队的大型科研仪器设备的使用现状及原因,研究了通过政策激励引导,创新运行管理体制机制,调动管理人员积极性,从而推动存量设备的平台化运行管理,实现了全校存量通用设备的开放共享,全面提升资源使用效益。In combination with the practical exploration of Xi’an Jiaotong University in recent years in strengthening the construction of the physical platform, promoting the opening and sharing of equipment resources and improving the efficiency of resource utilization, and on the basis of extensive understanding of the experience and practices of other universities, this paper analyzes the current situation and reasons of the use of large-scale scientific research instruments and equipment scattered in colleges, departments and research teams. Through the guidance of incentive policy, and innovative operation management system and mechanism, and by mobilizing the enthusiasm of managers, the platform operation and management of stock equipment is promoted, the opening and sharing of the stock instruments and equipment in the whole university are realize, and the efficiency of resource utilization is comprehensively improved.
