摘　　要：地方高校人才培养目前存在师资队伍结构有待优化、课程体系不够完善、实践教学效果不佳等诸多问题。华东交通大学软件学院以高素质复合应用型软件人才培养为宗旨,在"3+1""2+1+1"人才培养模式基础上,通过构建创新人才培养主体多元化模式,建立以能力培养为核心的人才培养机制,完善质量保障体系等方面开展软件人才培养模式改革,形成了校内外"双螺旋"耦合、理论与实践教学"双螺旋"递进、专业创业结合紧密的创新创业工作机制。At present, in local universities there are many problems in the talent training that the structure of teaching staff needs to be optimized, the curriculum system is not perfect enough, and the effect of practical teaching is not good. Based on the "3+1" and "2+1+1" talent training modes, the Software College of East China Jiaotong University has carried out the reform of software talent training modes in terms of constructing the diversified modes of innovative talent training, establishing the talent training mechanism with ability training as the core, and improving the quality guarantee system, thus forming a "Double helix" progressive, innovative and entrepreneurial working mechanism of "Double helix" coupling inside and outside the university with the close combination of professional entrepreneurship in theory and practice teaching.
