摘  要:针对目前数控系统接口功能开放性差、价格高以及操作技能要求高等缺点,设计了一套基于STM32F103VC嵌入式32位高速单片机的数控系统,该系统采用主从结构模式,并从设计上论证了伺服进给控制、变频主轴控制、PLC辅助控制、人机交互以及安全接口等方面的实用性、可靠性和安全性,为加工制造提供了一种成本低、速度响应快、安全可靠以及操作便捷的数控车、铣系统的设计方案。In view of the shortcomings of the current CNC system, such as poor openness of interface function, high price and high requirement of operation skills, a set of CNC system based on STM32F103VC embedded 32-bit high-speed single-chip microcomputer was designed. The system adopted master-slave structure mode, and servo feed control, frequency conversion spindle control, PLC auxiliary control, human-computer interaction and safety interface were demonstrated practicability, reliability and safety in design. It provided a design scheme of CNC lathe and milling system with low cost, fast response, safety and reliability, and convenient operation for processing and manufacturing.
