摘　　要：提供了一种新型的桥壳圆头加工工艺,主要目的是消除传统火焰切割桥壳圆头加工产生的割渣和烟尘,降低室内烟尘浓度。详细阐述一种新型的双头锯床研制与应用,这种双头锯床具有自动化、加工精度高、无烟尘污染等特点。A new round head processing technology for bridge shell is provided, the main purpose of which is to eliminate the slag and soot produced by traditional flame cutting round head processing of bridge shell and reduce the concentration of indoor soot. The development and application of a new type of double-head saw machine are described in detail. The double-head saw machine has the characteristics of automation, high processing precision, no dust pollution, etc.
