摘 要:通过对铣刀结构尺寸分析,将国标给出的两个系列的直柄铣刀的直径d和装夹力臂L_(min)分别描入以直径d为纵坐标、力臂L_(min)为横坐标的坐标系,按误差最小原则画一拟合直线,通过求拟合直线方程求出铣刀直径与切削扭矩的关系式。最后,并通过实例介绍了用逐步逼近试算法求计算所需的铣刀最小直径,进而计算普通铣床数控化改造的进给系统载荷的具体过程。By analyzing the structure size of the milling cutter, the diameter D of the straight handle milling cutter and the clamping arm Lmin of the two series given by the national standard are described into the coordinate system with the diameter d as the vertical coordinate and the force arm Lmin as the horizontal coordinate, and a line is drawn according to the principle of minimum error. The relationship between milling cutter diameter and cutting torque is obtained by fitting the linear equation. Finally, the minimum diameter of the milling cutter is calculated by using the gradual approximation test algorithm, and the process of loading the feed system is calculated.
