摘  要:对某前吊挂加工工艺进行了数控化改进,将原多道钳工加工工序合并为两道数控铣工序,并设计了相应的工装。经过实际加工验证,改进后既减轻了操作者劳动强度,又提高了生产的指导性,同时工装简单实用,加工质量稳定。The numerical control process of a front hanging machine was improved. The original multi-channel fitter process was merged into two numerical control milling processes, and the corresponding tooling was designed. After the actual processing verification, the improvement not only reduces the operator's labor intensity, but also improves the guidance of production. At the same time, the tooling is simple and practical, and the processing quality is stable.
