摘　　要：主要研究如何评价柴油机产品的可靠性及如何应用可靠性理论提升柴油机可靠性水平。根据企业的实际情况,结合国外先进汽车公司及研究所在柴油机可靠性工程方面的应用成果,并导入目前国际上流行的对汽车及其零部件可靠性的评价方法;提出适合国内企业如何建立可靠性分析、评价、管理体系和可靠性数据收集体系,指导对柴油机可靠性分析,提高柴油机可靠性。This paper mainly studies how to evaluate the reliability of diesel engine products and how to improve the level of diesel engine reliability by applying the reliability theory knowledge. In this paper, according to the actual situation of the enterprise, combining with the application of the diesel engine reliability engineering of foreign advanced automobile companies and research institutes, and introducing the current international popular evaluation methods for the reliability of automobile and its parts. This paper puts forward how to establish reliability analysis, evaluation, management system and reliability data collection system for domestic enterprises to guide the reliability analysis of diesel engine and improve the reliability of diesel engine.
