摘 要:低压电器产品上市前须进行型式试验,额定运行短路分断能力、额定极限短路分断能力试验尤为关键,因此短路实验装置必须准确可靠,需快速准确地设置符合客户要求的参数.本文介绍了一种能快速设置试验参数、获得精准短路电流并能对短路系统的阻抗自适应校正的方法,采用该方法设计了一个带有参数计算、采集数据读取及测量、阻抗刀开关组合数据查询及阻抗自适应校正等功能的可视化软件.该方法能快速设置试验参数,提高精度及效率.Low voltage electrical apparatus products have to take a type test before launching in the market to determine the rated operation short circuit breaking capacity among which the rated ultimate short circuit breaking capacity test is particularly key. Therefore, the short circuit test device must be accurate and reliable and the parameters which meet the customer requirements are set quickly and accurately. A method to set test parameters quickly, obtain the accurate short circuit current and adjust the impedance of a short circuit system is introduced in this paper. This method is designed to use a visual software with the functions of parameter calculation, data reading acquisition and measurement, the integrated data query of an impedance knife switch as well as the self- adaptation correction of the impedance. All in all, the test parameters can be set up quickly and the accuracy and efficiency can be improved by this method.
