宫腔检查镜配合微型长舌勺钳终止早早孕40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨静脉镇痛下宫腔检查镜配合微型长舌钳终止宫内早早孕的安全性和有效性。方法选择2017年11月至2018年3月在遵义市妇幼保健院确诊宫内早早孕的40例孕妇,经静脉镇痛后行宫腔镜检查,找到胚胎着床位置,在直视下用微型长舌定点夹取胚并取出,并对术中疼痛、出血、手术时间、手术并发症及月经恢复情况进行观察和分析。结果 40例患者均手术成功,术中未出现并发症,术中镇痛效果显著达97.5%,术后1例盆腔感染;39例患者月经恢复如术前,仅1例发生术后宫腔轻度粘连。结论静脉镇痛下宫腔检查镜配合微型长舌钳终止宫内早早孕是一种安全、有效、微创的方法。Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of ending early intrauterine pregnancy using hysteroscopy combined with microlong-tongue forceps under venous analgesia. Methods From November,2017 to March,2018,forty pregnant women with early intrauterine pregnancy confirmed in Zunyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital were collected. Hysteroscopy check was performed under intravenous analgesia. The embryo implantation site was found and the embryo with microlong-tongue forceps under direct vision was taken out. The intraoperative pain,bleeding,operative time,surgical complications and menstrual recovery were observed and analyzed. Results The operation was successful in 40 patients,and no complications were found. Intraoperative analgesia effect was 97.5% with 1 case of postoperative pelvic infection;in 39 patients,menstrual recovered as before surgery,only 1 patient had mild postoperative uterine cavity adhesion.Conclusion Ending early intrauterine pregnancy using hysteroscopy combined with microlong-tongue forceps under venous analgesia is a safe,effective and minimally invasive method.
