摘　　要：目的对2017年江苏省急性驰缓性麻痹(AFP)患者粪便中分离的非脊髓灰质炎肠道病毒(NPEV)进行分型鉴定。方法收集249例AFP患者粪便,分离NPEV病毒,采用多对引物RT-PCR扩增VP1区基因序列并测序,进行Blast比对和基因进化树分析。结果共分离出NPEV13株,RT-PCR扩增VP1区基因后进行测序分型,其中3株为肠道病毒A群(CVA2 2株,CVA10 1株);8株为肠道病毒B群(E6 2株,E11 2株,CVB5、E3、E5、E25各1株);2株为混合感染(A群中的CVA8+B群的E11和B群的CVB5+E6);未分离到C群和D群毒株。结论 2017年江苏省AFP患者肠道中的NPEV以HEV-B群为优势群,其次为HEV-A群,可为本地NPEV的病原谱研究提供依据。Objective To identify and genetically characterize non-polio enteroviruses(NPEVs)isolated from patients with acute flaccid paralysis(AFP)in Jiangsu Province,China in 2017.Methods Fecal samples were collected from 249 patients with AFP,and NPEVs were isolated.Multiple primers were used to amplify the VP1 partial regions of those NPEV isolates in RT-PCR.All isolates were sequenced and phylogenetically analyzed.Results Based on molecular typing,13 isolates were identified,including 3 serotypes of human enterovirus(HEV)-A species(2 CVA2 and 1 CVA10)and 8 serotypes of HEV-B species(2 E6,2 E11,1 CVB5,1 E3,1 E5 and 1 E25).Two isolates were a mixed infection of HEV-A and B species(CVA8+E11;CVB5+E6).No HEV-C and D species were identified in this study.ConclusionIn Jiangsu Province during the surveillance of AFP in 2017,HEV-B was the most predominant serotype of NPEV,followed by HEV-A.These findings will provide an experimental basis for research on the spectrum of NPEV in Jiangsu.
