摘　　要：从中医和西医两种不同的医学模式下探讨对慢传输型便秘伴焦虑抑郁的研究进展,论述中医对于"便秘病"伴"郁证"的病因病机认识及其治法治则和西医"慢传输型便秘"伴"焦虑抑郁"的病理机制及治疗方法。为临床上慢传输型便秘伴焦虑抑郁的诊治总结了研究思路与方法。This paper investigate the research progress on slow transit constipation along with anxiety and depression from two different medical models-tradiontional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,to discuss the etiology and pathogenesis of"constipation disease"with"depression syndrome"in TCM, the rule of treatment and the pathological mechanism and treatment of"slow transit constipation"with "anxiety and depression"in Western medicine,which summarizes the research ideas and methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment on slow transit constipation along with anxiety and depression.
