摘  要:目的:优化通腑养髓方的提取工艺。方法:在单因素试验的基础上,考察提取时间、料液比、提取次数3个因素对芍药苷、盐酸小檗碱含量和共有峰总面积综合评分的影响,采用Box-Behnken设计-响应面分析法预测最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为2倍量水浸泡30 min,料液比1∶12,提取3次,每次1 h。验证试验表明与预测值相对误差为1.41%。结论:确定的提取工艺简便易行、稳定,可为进一步研究提供基础。Objectives:To optimize the extraction process of Tongfu Yangsui Decoction. Methods:On the basis of the single-factor test,the effects of three factors on paeoniflorin, berberine hydrochloride and total peak area were investigated. The Box-Behnken design-response surface analysis method was used to predict the optimal extraction process and the validate experiment was conducted. Results:The optimum extraction process as fellow: the herbs was soaked in water for 30 min, then extracted 2 times with 1 h per each time, solid-liquid ratio 1∶12 with water as a solvent. Conclusion:The extraction process was feasible and stable, which could provide a reference for further study.
