摘　　要：类风湿关节炎是一种自身免疫性疾病,是临床常见病、多发病,虽然目前诊治该病有较多方法,但因诸多原因,部分患者仍不能达到很好的疗效。如何更好的降低类风湿关节炎疾病活动度及使患者维持在临床缓解或低疾病活动度是目前的难点。病证结合诊治该病是目前治疗的趋势。《类风湿关节炎病证结合诊疗指南》已于2017年由中华中医药学会发布。故该文将近年来类风湿关节炎病证结合治疗方法进行总结和分析,为临床更好的遣方用药做铺垫和借鉴。Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease,is a common clinical disease,frequentlyoccurring,although there are many ways to diagnose and treat this disease,but for many reasons,some patients still can not achieve good results. How to reduce the disease activity of rheumatoid arthritis and maintain the patients in clinical remission or low disease activity is a difficult problem at present. The combination of disease and syndrome is the current trend of treatment. The Guideline for the Combination of Disease and Syndrome Diagnosis and Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis was published by the Chinese Academy of Chinese medicine in 2017. Therefore,this article will summarize and analyze the treatment methods of rheumatoid arthritis in recent years,in order to pave the way for better clinical prescription and use for reference.
