同仁乌鸡白凤丸联合紫河车对慢性病毒性肝炎患者临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨同仁乌鸡白凤丸联合紫河车对慢性病毒性肝炎患者的治疗效果及患者血清TNF-α含量的影响。方法:选取2017年1月—2018年6月治疗的慢性病毒性肝炎患者76例作为研究对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=38)和研究组(n=38)。对照组采用同仁乌鸡白凤丸治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合紫河车治疗,2个月治疗后对患者治疗效果进行评估,比较两组临床效果、肝功能水平、中医证候积分及炎性因子水平。结果:研究组患者的临床有效率要显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的ALT、AST、TBIL肝功能指标要明显比对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后研究组的中医症候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者的炎性因子水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于慢性病毒性肝炎的治疗,临床上采用同仁乌鸡白凤丸联合紫河车的治疗方案临床效果显著,能够有效改善患者的临床症状,促进HBV-DNA转阴,对患者身体的恢复具有一定的作用,临床上值得进一步推广和应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of Tongren Wuji Baifeng Pill combined with placenta hominis on the patients with chronic viral hepatitis and the serum TNF-α content. Methods:Sixty-six patients with chronic viral hepatitis treated from 2017 January to February 2018 were enrolled. The random number table was divided into control group(n=38)and study group(n=38). The control group was treated with Tongren Wuji Baifeng Pill. The study group was treated with placenta hominis on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect of the patients was evaluated after 2 months of treatment. The clinical effects,liver function levels,TCM syndrome scores and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were compared. Results:The clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The liver function indexes of ALT,AST and TBIL in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The inflammatory factor level of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:For the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis,the clinical treatment of Tongren Wuji Baifeng Pill combined with placenta hominis is clinically effective,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote HBV-DNA negative,and have a certain recovery to the patients’ body. The role of clinical evaluation is worth further promotion and application.
