中医情志护理对改善肝癌患者疼痛程度及负性情绪的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医情志护理在肝癌患者护理中对控制疼痛及缓解负性情绪的作用。方法:对某省肿瘤专科医院128例初诊肝癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(64例)和观察组(64例)。对照组实施常规护理,每日进行疼痛评估,并在与观察组一致时间点进行焦虑与抑郁评估。观察组在常规护理的基础上实施中医情志护理,在干预前(诊断第1天)、干预后(诊断第5天、第10天)进行焦虑与抑郁评估。结果:观察组患者疼痛缓解程度及焦虑抑郁情绪改善优于对照组(P<0.05),干预后不同时间点观察组焦虑、抑郁情绪得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医情志护理能够有效改善肝癌患者疼痛程度,并可显著缓解负性情绪,对患者康复具有良好效果。Objective:To explore the effect of TCM emotional nursing on controlling pain and relieving negative emotions in patients with liver cancer. Methods:For 128 patients with newly diagnosed liver cancer in a provincial hospital,a random number table was used to divide them into the control group(64 cases)and the observation group(64 cases). The control group received routine nursing care,daily pain assessment,and anxiety and depression assessment at the same time point as the observation group. The observation group performed TCM emotional nursing on the basis of routine nursing and evaluated anxiety and depression before intervention(day 1 of diagnosis)and after intervention(day 5 of diagnosis and day 10 of diagnosis). Results:The degree of pain relief and the improvement of anxiety and depression in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group at different time points after the intervention were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion:TCM emotional nursing can effectively improve the pain degree of liver cancer patients,and can significantly relieve negative emotions,and has a good effect on patients’ rehabilitation.
