摘 要:在分析现有的蜗轮蜗杆测量技术特点的基础上,提出一种基于激光位移传感器的蜗轮蜗杆非接触式测量方法与对应的齿廓形状、齿距偏差算法。构建蜗轮蜗杆综合测量装置,实现非接触式数据的采集,通过建立蜗轮蜗杆的理想齿廓模型与采集点拟合的平滑曲线相对比分析,得到齿廓形状和齿距偏差。该方法可以有效简化蜗轮蜗杆的测量过程并提高测量精度和效率。On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the current measuring technology of worm wheel and worm,a non-contact measurement based on laser displacement sensor and corresponding calculation method of tooth profile and pitch deviation were put forward. A comprehensive measuring device for worm wheel and worm is built to realize the collection of non-contact data. Through the comparison and analysis of the ideal tooth profile model of the worm and worm and the smoothing curve of the fitting point,the deviation of tooth profile and pitch are obtained. Through this method,the measuring process of worm wheel and worm can be effectively simplified and the accuracy and efficiency of measurement can be improved.
