摘 要:为了研究差速器锥齿轮差速工况下的啮合热特性,基于热弹性流体动力润滑理论,建立了直齿锥齿轮非稳态热弹流润滑模型,分析了行星齿轮在差速下的温度场。首先,研究了行星齿轮与半轴齿轮在非牛顿流体作用下的热特性;其次,研究了差速工况下行星齿轮温度场随模数和齿宽的变化;最后,研究了差速工况下行星齿轮温度场随转速的变化。结果表明,行星齿轮沿齿宽方向的温度分布不同;行星齿轮本体最大温度随着齿宽增大而增大,随模数的增大而减小;差速器行星齿轮与半轴齿轮接触区的温度随转速的增大而增大。该研究为差速器锥齿轮润滑设计提供一定的理论依据。In order to study the meshing thermal characteristics of the differential bevel gear under differential conditions,based on the thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory,an unsteady thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication model of straight bevel gears is established,and the temperature field of planetary gear is analyzed under differential condition. Firstly,the thermal characteristics of planetary gear and halfshaft gear under non-Newtonian fluids are studied. Secondly,the temperature field changes of planetary gear under differential conditions are studied with different tooth width and modulus. Finally,the temperature field variation of planetary gear with different rotational speed is studied. The results show that the temperature distribution of planetary gear across tooth width direction is different,the maximum temperature of the planetary gear body increases with the increase of tooth width,and decreases with the increase of the modulus. The temperature of the contact area between differential planetary gear and half-shaft gear increases as the rotational speed increases. This study provides a theoretical basis for the design of differential bevel gear lubrication.
