摘 要:为比较不同种竹叶化学成分的差异,建立了基于6种竹叶的指纹图谱分析实验方法,并运用高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术对具有地域特点的长沙青皮竹竹叶的化学成分进行鉴定。通过相似性评价系统计算了6种竹叶的色谱指纹图谱之间的相似性。长沙青皮竹与水竹化学成分最为相似,相似度为0. 992,说明两者化学成分很相似;长沙青皮竹与班竹之间的化学成分相似性最小,相似度为0. 209。质谱分析通过相对分子质量可鉴定出8个成分,多为黄酮类,符合竹叶化学成分的一般规律。通过该实验的实践可使学生系统地掌握指纹图谱分析方法,了解高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术在天然活性成分研究中的应用。This study aimed to compare the chemical constituents of six varieties of bamboo leaves by HPLC fingerprint data. High performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry( HPLC-MS) was used to identify the chemical constituents of bamboo leaves of Bambusa textilis var. persistens B. M. Yang( Changsha bamboo). The similarity between the spectra of B. textilis var. persistens B. M. Yang and Phyllostachys heteroclada Oliver reached 0. 992,whereas that between B. textilis var. persistens B. M. Yang and Phyllostachys bambusoides cv. Lacrima-Deae was only0. 209. Eight constituents were identified by mass spectrometry. Most of them were flavonoids,the results accorded with the general law of bamboo leaves chemical constituents. Through the experimental course,the students can master the method of fingerprint analysis and understand the application of high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry( HPLC-MS) in studies on active constituents from natural products. The experimental content exhibits much higher maneuverability and is more practical. By learning this course,the students improved their understanding of the analysis methods of natural products.
