摘 要:实验教学示范中心作为高校实践教学的重要组成部分,直接影响人才培养质量。介绍了信息工程北京市实验教学示范中心在已有成果基础上,融入卓越工程师培养计划、工程教育专业认证和新工科的教育理念,以学生为中心,提出了基于主动式项目的 CDIO-OODA工程教育理念。结合自动化专业人才培养定位,构建了多层次、立体化、递进式、不间断复合型创新人才培养体系,并设计了基于工程项目的课程内容。将多种先进教学方法融合应用于CDIO不同的阶段,形成了具有学校特色的教学方法和手段。通过教师、学生成果和示范效果展示了实验改革与实践的有效性,为新时期示范中心建设和持续改进提供了思路。As an important part of practical teaching in universities,the experimental teaching demonstration center directly affects the quality of undergraduate training. Taking the Information Engineering Beijing Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center as an example,the reform and practice in experimental teaching were introduced. Firstly,a CDIO-OODA engineering education concept based on active projects was presented under the student-centered framework. Secondly,a multi-level,three-dimensional,progressive and continuous composite innovation talent teaching system was constructed by combining with the training orientation of automation discipline. And the curriculum contents were designed based on the engineering projects. Then,a new teaching method was formed under the framework of CDIO implementation,which applied a variety of advanced teaching methods to the different stages of CDIO. Finally,the effectiveness of the reform and practice was demonstrated through the results of teachers,student achievements and demonstration results. It will be providing ideas for the construction and continuous improvement of experimental teaching demonstration centers in the new era.
