摘　　要：中共中央出台《关于加强党的政治建设的意见》,对加强党的政治建设作出了全面部署。党的政治建设,是基于政党的政治属性对政党组织的信仰、宗旨、立场、方向、原则、纪律、规矩进行规范性约束的建设总称。加强党的政治建设是以习近平同志为核心的党中央提出的一个重大命题,是党的建设新的伟大工程进入新的发展阶段形成的重大战略任务。党的十八大后以重点转变党的作风打响了全面从严治党的第一个战役,加强党的政治建设是党中央部署的第二个战役。党中央作出的全面部署,以突出政治信仰、政治领导、政治能力、政治生态为重点,使党的政治建设形成具有内在逻辑关系的体系架构。加强党的政治建设是一项重大艰巨的政治任务,统筹推进新时代"四个伟大"历史使命、实现党领导一切的要求、提高新时代党的建设质量、防范政治风险和确保政治安全,必须坚持以党的政治建设为统领,把党的政治建设摆在首位。新时代推进全面从严治党向纵深推进,必须打赢加强党的政治建设这场硬仗。The Central C ommittee of the Communist Party of China has promulgated the opinions on strengthening the Party's political construction and made a comprehensive deployment to carry out the construction. The Party's political construction is a general term for the construction of normative constraints on the beliefs, purposes, positions, directions, principles, disciplines and rules of the Party organization based on the political attributes of the Party. Strengthening the Party's political construction is a major proposition put forward by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, and is a major strategic task formed by the new great project of Party building into a new stage of development. After the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the first campaign to comprehensively and strictly govern the Party was launched with a focus on changing the Party's style of work. Strengthening the Party's political construction is the second battle deployed by the Party Central Committee, which focuses on highlighting political beliefs, leadership, ability and ecology, and fuels the Party's political construction to form an internal and logical structure. Strengthening the Party's political construction is a major and arduous political task. To comprehensively promote the historical mission of the "Four Greats" in the new era, realize all the requirements of Party leadership, improve the quality of the Party's construction in the new era, prevent political risks and ensure political safety, we must adhere to the Party's political construction as the guide and put the construction in the first place. In order to push forward the all-round development of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline in the new era into new depth, we must win the hard battle of strengthening the Party's political construction.
