通脑活络针刺法与常规针刺法治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:观察通脑活络针刺法治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者的疗效。方法:将急性缺血性脑卒中患者72例随机分为两组,入院后根据指南即予两组患者脑梗死常规治疗。在此基础上,对照组36例予常规头针、体针,治疗组36例,加通脑活络针刺治疗,每天1次,连续14d。观察两组患者临床治疗前后神经功能缺损评分(National Institutes of Health Stroke Seale,NIHSS评分)、每日日常生活活动(Barthel index,BI)指数、格拉斯哥昏迷评分(Glasgow Coma Scale,GCS)、改良RANKIN量表(modified Rankinscale,mRs)。结果:两组治疗后NIHSS评分低于治疗前,BI指数高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后NIHSS评分低于对照组,BI指数均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组GCS评分治疗前后无差异(P>0.05)。mRs治疗后前后有差异(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组。结论:通脑活络针刺法治疗急性缺血性脑卒中,在改善脑卒中患者致残程度及提高生活能力方面较优于常规针刺,值得推广。Objective:To compare the curative effects of the Tongnao Huoluo acupuncture (通脑活络针刺法) on acute ischemic stroke with conventional acupuncture.Methods:72 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Two groups were treated by conventional treatment.The control group took conventional scalp acupuncture,body acupuncture.The treatment group received the Tongnao Huoluo acupuncture more,for 14 days.Results:The NIHSS scores after treatment in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the Barthel index was higher than that before treatment.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the NIHSS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the Barthel index was higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no difference in GCS score between before and after treatment in groups (P>0.05).There were differences in mRs between before and after treatment (P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than the control group.Conclusion:The Tongnao Huoluo acupuncture on acute ischemic stroke was more effective,by improving the degree of disability in stroke patients and living ability,and is worthy of promotion.
