“风痱”考辨

摘　　要：笔者利用文献研究的方法梳理历代文献,并结合现代医学,认为风痱的本质是病因与症状相结合命名的中风病,其具有如下特点:①必须有急性迟缓性瘫痪且无疼痛症状,在此基础上,很可能出现中风病的其他任何症状。瘫痪类型可能包括了除偏瘫外的所有瘫痪类型,可以在迟缓性瘫痪的基础上出现痉挛性瘫痪。②该病有轻重两型,以是否有语言障碍为判断依据。③容易出现神志障碍。According to the historical literature and modern medicine,Fengfei (风痱) is the stroke named after the combination of the cause and the symptoms.It has the following characteristics.There must be acute stagnation,without pain,and it is likely to have any other symptoms of stroke.The sputum may include all sputum types except for hemiparesis,and sputum may appear on the basis of stagnation sputum.The disease has light and heavy type according to language barrier.Mental disorders is easy to appear.
