填精补肾养血疏肝方联合中药外敷治疗卵巢早衰的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨填精补肾养血疏肝方内服与中药外敷联合治疗卵巢早衰的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年2月-2018年1月于我院就诊的卵巢早衰患者84例,随机等分为观察组(42例)与对照组(42例),对照组予以人工周期法治疗,观察组在此基础上予以填精补肾养血疏肝方内服与中药外敷联合治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的子宫内膜厚度、子宫体积、卵巢体积显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的促卵泡生成素(Follicle-Stimulating Hormone,FSH)、促黄体生成素(Luteinizing Hormone,LH)水平显著低于对照组,雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平显著高于对照组,CD8^+水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:填精补肾养血疏肝方内服与中药外敷联合治疗可有效改善卵巢早衰患者的卵巢储备功能,调节患者的内分泌及免疫功能,治疗疗效显著,值得进一步在临床上推荐使用。Objective:To investigate efficacy of the Tianjing Bushen Yangxue Shugan prescription (填精补肾养血疏肝方) plus TCM external application on premature ovarian failure.Methods:February 2015 - January 2018,84 cases were divided into 2 groups, 42 cases in each.The control group was given artificial adjustment of menstrual cycle therapy;and the observation group was given the Tianjing Bushen Yangxue Shugan prescription plus TCM external application more.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness,uterine volume,and ovarian volume in the observation group were significantly greater (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH and LH in the observation group were significantly lower,and the level of E2 was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the level of CD8^+ was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The tianjing Bushen Yangxue Shugan prescription plus TCM external application on premature ovarian failure show a good effect,regulate endocrine and immune function,is worthy of clinical promotion.
