中医综合特色疗法治疗轻中度急性非胆源性胰腺炎的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:探究中医综合特色疗法治疗轻中度急性非胆源性胰腺炎的疗效。方法:对76例轻中度急性非胆源性胰腺炎患者进行分析,随机分为对照组38例(采用常规治疗)与实验组38例(采用中医综合特色疗法治疗),对比两组治疗效果。结果:实验组患者腹痛消失时间与肛门排气时间均明显优于对照组患者,对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗后实验组患者白细胞计数与D-二聚体水平明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在轻中度急性非胆源性胰腺炎患者中采用中医综合特色疗法治疗,可以显著改善患者症状,促使患者尽早康复,取得满意的治疗效果,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To investigate efficacy of the TCM comprehensive therapy on mild to moderate acute non-biliary pancreatitis. Methods:76 cases were divided into 2 groups,38 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment;and the experimental group was given the TCM comprehensive therapy.Results:The disappearance time of abdominal pain and the time of anal exhaust in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the white blood cell count and D-dimer level in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The TCM comprehensive therapy on mild to moderate acute non-biliary pancreatitis show a good effect,can significantly improve symptoms and has high clinical application value.
