消痤饮联合红蓝光治疗寻常痤疮的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析讨论对寻常痤疮使用消痤饮结合红蓝光治疗的具体效果和实际价值。方法:选取本院2018年7月-2019年7月寻常痤疮患者90例,根据入院先后将其均分为三组,每组30例,1组为消痤饮组,口服消痤饮片;2组为红蓝光组,使用红蓝光治疗;3组为联合组,同时使用上述两组治疗方法。比较三组患者治疗前、治疗4周和8周后GAGS(Global Acne Grading System,GAGS)评分和总有效率。结果:治疗前,三组患者GAGS评分无差异,P>0.05;治疗4周和8周后,联合组GAGS评分明显低于消痤饮组和红蓝光组,P<0.05。消座饮组、红蓝光组和联合组总有效率依次为73.33%、76.66%和96.67%,联合组明显高于红蓝光组和联合组,P<0.05。结论:联合消痤饮和红蓝光治疗,能有效降低寻常痤疮面积,效果明显,可在各大医院中推广使用。Objective:To discuss the specific efficacy of Xiaocuo Yin (消痤饮) plus blue-red phototherapy on acne vulgaris. Methods:90 patients treated from July 2018 to July 2019 in our hospital were selected.The subjects were assigned to three groups according to the registration number,30 cases in each group.Group one orally took Xiaocuo Yin;Group two took the blue-red phototherapy;Group three took Xiaocuo Yin plus blue-red phototherapy.The GAGS (The Global Acne Grading System) scores before treatment,after 4 weeks and 8 weeks were assessed.Results:Before treatment,the GAGS scores in three groups did not show significantly different (P?0.05);after 4 weeks and 8 weeks,the GAGS scores in group three were significantly lowest (P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xiaocuo Yin plus blue-red phototherapy can efficiently reduce the area of acne vulgaris,and shall be widely applied in clinical practice.
