摘　　要：目的:分析糖尿病周围神经病变(Diabetic Piabetic Peuropathy,DPN)患者的住院费用情况及其影响因素。方法:调查2012年1月-2014年12月广东省中医院住院部病案系统771例DPN患者的住院费用,采用频数和构成比进行一般统计,运用单(多)因素和神经网络分析其影响因素。结果:DPN患者中男性303例,女性468例,集中分布在45~65岁和70~90岁;平均住院时间逐年下降,住院次数却逐年上升;住院费用中药费、诊疗费和检查费比重最大;住院时间、住院次数、入院病情、费别、住院年份、合并疾病个数对住院费用影响最大。结论:DPN主要发生在中老年人群,以女性患者居多;住院时间逐年下降,住院次数逐年上升,考虑与临床上医疗技术水平提高、国家医疗政策改革以及患者自身的健康风险意识增强有关;住院费用逐年递增,主要与药费、检查费、诊疗费等费用的上涨及货币时间价值有关;缩短住院时间,减少住院次数,完善医保,深化医改,加强合并疾病的教育、预防和控制,提升医院及科室管理水平,提高医护积极性及工作效率,均有利于减轻DPN患者的经济负担。Objective: Analyse the hospitalization expenses and its influencing factors in patients with DPN. Methods: The frequency and composition ratio were used as general statistics on the hospitalization expenses of 771 DPN patients, and the influencing factors were analyzed by single(multiple) factors and neural network. Result: There were 303 male patients and 468 female patients, concentrated45 ~ 65 and 70 ~ 90 years old. The average number of hospital stays decreased while the average times of hospitalization increased year by year. TCM medicine fees, medical treatment fees and inspection fees account for the largest proportion of hospitalization expenses.The number of hospital stay, hospitalization, admissions, cost type, years of hospitalization, and number of concurrent illnesses had the greatest impact on hospitalization costs. Conclusion: DPN occurs mainly in the elderly population, with female patients mostly. Shorten the number of hospital stays, reduce the number of hospitalizations, improve medical insurance, deepen medical reform, strengthen the education,prevention and control of combined diseases, improve the management level of hospitals and departments, improve the enthusiasm of medical care and work efficiency, all of which are beneficial to reduce the economic burden of patients with DPN.
