摘　　要：功能性消化不良是儿科常见的消化系统疾病,对小儿的生长发育造成了较大的影响。目前西医主要用胃动力药、促消化药以及益生菌等进行治疗,然而鉴于小儿的特殊性,其服药的依从性及治疗效果一般。相比较而言,中医外治法疗效佳、依从性好,更易被广大家长及儿童所接受。本文从中医对小儿功能性消化不良的认识、中医外治法在儿科疾病中的应用现状以及中医外治法治疗小儿功能性消化不良的临床应用现状对中医外治法治疗小儿功能性消化不良的文献报道进行分析,认为中医外治法治疗小儿功能性消化不良是行之有效的方法,且安全、有效、简单易行,易于普及推广。Functional dyspepsia is a common digestive system disease in pediatrics, which has a great impact on the growth and development of children. At present, Western medicine is mainly applied with gastric motility drugs, digestive tract drugs and probiotics. However, in view of the particularity of children, the compliance and treatment effects of drugs are general. In comparison, the external treatment of Chinese medicine has good curative effect and good compliance, and is more easily accepted by parents and children. This article introduces the Chinese medicine understanding of pediatric functional dyspepsia, the application of TCM external treatment in pediatric diseases and the clinical application of TCM external treatment in the treatment of pediatric functional dyspepsia. The literature reports that the treatment of pediatric functional dyspepsia is an effective method, and it is safe, effective, simple and easy to popularize.
