摘  要:目的:研究妊娠期糖代谢异常与新生儿低血糖的相关性。方法:选取我院2016年9月-2017年8月收治的妊娠期糖代谢异常单胎孕妇共60例(设为观察组),同期选取糖耐量正常的单胎孕妇共90例(设为对照组),对两组新生儿出生后即刻、1h、2h、6h、12h、24h的血糖水平进行测定,并根据判定标准比较两组新生儿低血糖的发生率。结果:对照组、观察组新生儿低血糖发生率分别为5.6%和21.7%(P<0.05);两组新生儿出生后即刻、1h的血糖值存在统计学意义(P<0.05),出生后2h、6h、12h、24h的血糖值无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:新生儿低血糖的发生与孕妇妊娠期糖代谢异常具有相关性,应加强预防、诊治和控制。Objective: To study the correlation between abnormal glucose metabolism in pregnancy and hypoglycemia in neonates. Methods: A total of 60 single pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism during pregnancy admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to August 2017 were selected (set as observation group). A total of 90 single pregnant women with normal glucose tolerance were selected in the same period (set as the control group), and blood glucose levels of the two groups were measured immediately after birth, 1 h, 2 h, 6 h, 12 h and 24 h, and the incidence of hypoglycemia of the two groups were compared according to the criteria. Results: The incidence of hypoglycemia in the control group and the observation group was 5.6% and 21.7% respectively (P<0.05). there were significant differences in the blood glucose values of the two groups immediately after birth and at 1h (P < 0.05), while there were no significant differences in the blood glucose values at 2 h, 6 h, 12 h and 24 h after birth (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The occurrence of neonatal hypoglycemia was related to abnormal glucose metabolism in pregnant women during pregnancy. Prevention, treatment and control should be strengthened.
