中西医结合治疗手外伤手术后肌腱粘连疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对中西医结合治疗手部外伤术后肌腱粘连的疗效进行分析探讨。方法:以2013年1月-2018年1月在我院接受治疗的140例手部外伤术后肌腱粘连患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,对照组70例患者行常规治疗,观察组70例患者行中西医结合治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治总有效率为88.57%,明显高于对照组的75.71%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。两组患者治疗后PIP、MP活动度明显均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组明显大于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。两组患者治疗后SDS、SAS均得到明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:对手部外伤术后肌腱粘连采用中西医结合治疗,可有效提高效果,值得临床应用推广。Objective: To study the clinical effect of western medicine combine with traditional Chinese medicine in treating adhesion of tendon after hand injury operation. Methods: 140 cases with adhesion of tendon after hand injury operation in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects, they were randomly divided into two groups, 70 cases in control group were treated with western medicine, 70 cases in experimental group were treated with western medicine combine with traditional Chinese medicine, the clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results: The effective rate of the experimental group was 88.57%, which was much higher than that of the control group, 75.71%, P < 0.05, the difference was of statistical significance. the PiP and MP ROM of the two groups after treatment were bigger than those before treatment, and that of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05, the difference was of statistical significance. the SaS and SDS score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and that of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group, P < 0.05, the difference was of statistical significance. conclusion: Western medicine combined with traditional chinese medicine could improve treatment effect in treating adhesion of tendon after hand injury operation, and it was worthy of clinical application.
