摘　　要：甘草是豆科植物甘草属植物的根及根茎,是一味重要的中药材,有“国老”之称。《神农本草经》记载甘草具有主五脏六腑寒邪气、坚筋骨、长肌肉、倍气力、金疮肿、解毒之功效。因此,甘草在中医临床治疗中的应用十分广泛,且在现代临床治疗中也发挥着巨大的作用。本文以下就对甘草的药理作用及其活性成分的药理作用进行了总结和阐述,以期为甘草进一步研究和应用提供参考。Glycyrrhiza uralensis is the root and rhizome of Leguminosae licorice. It is an important Chinese herbal medicine and is known as "the old man". In the Shennong herbal Scripture, Glycyrrhiza uralensis has the functions of charging cold, evil, strengthening bones, muscles, energy, and detoxification. Therefore, Glycyrrhiza uralensis is widely used in clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, and it also plays an important role in modern clinical treatment. In this paper, the pharmacological effects of Glycyrrhiza uralensis and the pharmacological effects of its active ingredients are summarized and expounded in order to provide reference for further research and application of Glycyrrhiza.
