《金匮要略》“阳微阴弦”思想治疗胸痹心痛探析

摘　　要：张仲景在《金匮要略》中认为胸痹心痛为本虚标实之证,基本病机为"阳微阴弦",心阳虚于上,君火衰微,不能主宰全身,温养脏腑,而致气滞、痰凝、血瘀为邪,上乘于心。治当求本,以"阳微"为基,"阴弦"为要,在温通心阳的基础上,配以行气、活血、消痰之品,标本兼治,为治疗胸痹心痛的主要治则。ZHANG Zhongjing’s Synopsis of the Golden Chamber holds that chest obstruction and heartache are the symptoms of deficiency and excess,and the basic pathogenesis is"Yang Weiyin String",which is based on heart Yang deficiency,Yang deficiency is on the top,and the monarch fire is declining. It can not dominate the whole body,warm and nourish the viscera,but cause Qi stagnation,phlegm congestion and blood stasis. Based on the principle of"Yang Wei"and"Yin String",on the basis of warming and tonifying the heart and yang,combined with the products of promoting qi,promoting blood circulation and eliminating phlegm,the treatment of both symptoms and symptoms is the main principle for the treatment of thoracic paralysis and heartache.
