白长川从胃滞虚热论治慢性非萎缩性胃炎伴糜烂

摘　　要：慢性非萎缩性胃炎伴糜烂是慢性胃炎的常见类型之一,是临床常见病和多发病。白长川教授根据多年临证经验,提出了从胃滞虚热论治慢性非萎缩性胃炎伴糜烂。白教授认为本病的主要病机为"因滞而虚""因滞而热",核心在于"滞",并提出了本病的中医辨证分型为胃滞虚热型。应用白教授自拟经验方胃糜康治疗数例慢性非萎缩性胃炎伴糜烂患者,经临床实践证实胃糜康能够显著改善患者的临床症状、促进胃黏膜修复并显著降低疾病复发率。Chronic non atrophic gastritis with erosion is one of the common types of chronic gastritis. It is a common clinical frequently-occurring disease. According to years’ experience,Professor BAI Changchuan has put forward treatment determination of chronic non atrophic gastritis with erosion through stomach stagnation and deficiency heat. Professor BAI Changchuan believes that the main pathogenesis of this disease is stagnation and deficiency as well as stagnation and heat. The core lies in the stagnation. Professor BAI put forward the TCM syndrome differentiation type as stomach stagnation and deficiency heat. Treatment of several chronic non atrophic gastritis with erosion patients with Weimikang Decoction confirmed it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,promote gastric mucosal repair and reduce the recurrence rate.
