中西医联合治疗激素依赖性皮炎的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医联合治疗依赖性皮炎的临床效果及对患者面部皮肤水脂含量的影响。方法:将本院收治的90例激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为对照组与观察组各45例,对照组采用医用面膜+吡美莫司软膏+维生素E软膏治疗,观察组加用清热除湿汤治疗,治疗前后均评定患者临床症状及体征改善情况,统计疗效及不良反应,并测定皮肤角质层水脂含量,记录治疗不同时间患者皮肤水分及油脂含量,应用皮肤病生活质量指数量表(DLQI)评定患者生活质量的改善情况。结果:①治疗4周后,两组各症状及体征积分均降低(P <0. 05),观察组各项症状及体征积分均低于对照组(P <0. 05);②观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);③治疗4周后,两组皮肤水分、油脂含量均上升(P <0. 05),观察组水分、油脂含量均高于对照组(P <0. 05);④治疗4周后,两组生活质量各维度评分均上升(P <0. 05),观察组心理、社会因素维度评分均高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);⑤两组治疗不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:中西医联合治疗激素依赖性皮炎疗效肯定,可提高患者面部皮肤水分及油脂含量,促进皮肤屏障功能恢复,提升患者生活质量。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional and western medicine in the treatment of hormone dependent dermatitis and the influence on contents of water and fat on the facial skin. Methods: Ninety patients with hormone dependent dermatitis in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 45 cases in each group. The control group were treated with medical mask + pimecrolimus cream + vitamin E ointment. On the basis,the observation group were additionally treated with Qingre Chushi Jiedu Decoction. The improvement of clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment was evaluated. The curative effect and adverse reactions were statistically analyzed,and the contents of water and fat on the skin stratum corneum were determined. The contents of water and fat on the facial skin were recorded at different time of treatment. The improvement of quality of life was evaluated with the Dermatology Life Quality Index( DLQI). Results:①After 4 weeks treatment,scores of symptoms and signs in the two groups were decreased( P < 0. 05),and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05).②The total response rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05).③After 4 weeks treatment,the contents of water and fat in the two groups were increased( P < 0. 05) and the contents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05).④After 4 weeks treatment,scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the two groups were increased( P < 0. 05),and the scores of psychological and social factors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05).⑤There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( P > 0. 05).
