针刺干预2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的国内外研究进展

摘　　要：胰岛素抵抗是2型糖尿病发病的基本生理机制,防治2型糖尿病的关键在于干预胰岛素抵抗。针刺对改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗具有良好的疗效,与常规降糖药物相比,针刺安全可靠、无不良反应,被国内外所广泛运用于临床,但目前作用机制尚不完全明确。该研究应用计算机检索CNKI及Pubmed数据库,搜索关键词"2型糖尿病,大鼠,动物模型,胰岛素抵抗",纳入国内外有关实验研究文献并进行归纳总结。现对针刺干预2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的作用机制作一简要综述,以期为今后相关实验和临床研究提供参考依据。Insulin resistance is the basic physiological mechanism of the type 2 diabetes. The key to treat type 2 diabetes is to intervene insulin resistance. Acupuncture has a good effect on improving insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes and it is safe,reliable and non-toxic without side effects compared with conventional hypoglycemic drugs. It is widely applied to patients in China and foreign countries,while its mechanism is not yet clear. In this study,we searched the CNKI database and Pubmed database by computer,incorporated and summarized the relevant experimental literature. The key words were type 2 diabetes,rats,animal models and insulin resistance. This paper gives a brief overview of the effect of acupuncture on insulin resistance in type 2 diabetic rats and hopes to provide a reference for future research.
