中西医结合卒中单元治疗急性脑卒中的系统评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合卒中单元治疗急性脑卒中的系统评价。方法:随机抽选急性脑卒中患者80例进行研究,均为2016年6月-2017年6月期间我院神经科收治,按照随机数字法分组,就传统治疗(对照组,40例)与中西医结合卒中单元治疗(观察组,40例),对治疗效果、巴氏量表(Barthel)指数评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、运动功能评分(Fugl-Meyer)评分以及脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评分展开对比。结果:观察组总有效率、Barthel指数评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、SS-QOL评分明显高于对照组,NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:中西医结合卒中单元治疗急性脑卒中效果显著,安全性较高,可有效改善患者神经功能缺损程度,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the systematic evaluation of the integrated medicine plus stroke unit on treating acute stroke. Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given traditional treatment;the observation group was treated in the integrated medicine plus stroke unit.Results:The total effective rate,Barthel index,Fugl-Meyer and SS-QOL score in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group;the NIHSS score was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated medicine plus stroke unit on acute stroke is effective and safe,can effectively improve the degree of neurological deficit and is worthy of clinical application.
