摘　　要：上海建设全球领先金融科技中心,核心是打造全球领先的金融科技生态体系,形成最适合各类金融科技创新业态相互交织、共同繁荣的市场环境,吸引各类市场主体进入、成长壮大并形成对外赋能的能力。关键是培育和引进规模较大有对外赋能能力的平台企业,与其他金融科技主体共同营建生态圈,形成充分发挥知识互补效应与网络效应的创新与产业集群。Shanghai is building the world’s leading financial technology center. The core is to build a world-leading financial technology ecosystem, and to form a market environment that is most suitable for various financial technology innovations to interweave and prosper together, attracting various market entities to enter, grow and form.
