整脊手法联合浮针疗法治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症临床疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察整脊手法联合浮针疗法治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症(DS)的临床疗效。【方法】将110例DS患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各55例。观察组给予整脊手法联合浮针疗法治疗,对照组单纯给予整脊手法治疗,共治疗1个疗程(10 d),采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估2组患者的疼痛情况,并采用改良Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)量表评分评估2组患者的功能情况及疗效情况。【结果】(1)经1个疗程治疗后,观察组和对照组的优良率分别为81.82%和63.64%,总有效率分别为100.00%和96.36%;组间比较,观察组的优良率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的疼痛VAS评分和改良ODI量表评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组对疼痛VAS评分和改良ODI量表评分的降低作用均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】整脊手法联合浮针疗法治疗DS临床疗效确切,能明显减轻疼痛症状,改善腰椎功能。Objective To observe thec linical effect of spine-setting manipulation combined with floating acupuncture therapy for the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis. Methods One hundred and ten patients with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,55 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with spine-setting manipulation combined with floating acupuncture therapy,and the control group was treated with spine-setting manipulation alone. The treatment covered 10 days(one course). Before and after treatment, the pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and modified Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores in the two groups were detected for the evaluation of the pain relief and function improvement. After treatment,the clinical efficacy in the two groups was evaluated. Results (1)After treatment for one course,the excellent rate of the observation group and control group was 81.82% and 63.64%,and the total effective rate of the observation group and control group was 100.00% and 96.36% respectively. The excellent rate of the observation group was superior to that of the control group, the difference between the two groups being statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,VAS scores and modified ODI scores were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the decrease in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Spine-setting manipulation combined with floating acupuncture therapy exerts certain effect for the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis by obviously relieving the pain and improving the lumbar function.
