摘  要:文中研究了单载波时域均衡(SCM-TDE)模型、单载波频域均衡(SCM-FDE)模型以及多载波MIMO-OFDM模型在典型毫米波无线多输入多输出(MIMO)系统中的可实现频谱效率与能量效率。在考虑毫米波频率下MIMO信道特殊性能的基础上,分析了发射机功率放大器的非线性影响,对3种调制方案的收发信号处理与传播信道的频率选择性进行了研究,同时量化讨论了全数字波束成形与混合波束成形结构对收发器性能的影响。研究结果表明,经过频域均衡的单载波调制,由于非线性失真而具有最小的损耗,并且使用均衡方案可以进一步改善其性能。此外,当链路长度超过100 m且发射功率低于0 dBW时,系统性能会严重下降。这一结论对于无线通信系统的设计具有重要的参考价值。The achievable spectral efficiency and the energy efficiency of single-carrier time-domain equalization(SCM-TDE),single-carrier frequency-domain equalization(SCM-FDE) and a multi-carrier multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO)-OFDM models are analyzed for wireless MIMO link operating at millimeter wave frequencies in a typical wireless communication system.Based on the special characteristics of MIMO channel at millimeter wave frequency,the transceiving signal processing of the three modulation schemes and the frequency selectivity of the propagation channel are considered.Furthermore,the superiority of full-digital beamforming with respect to hybrid beamforming on transceiver performance is quantified.The results show that single-carrier modulation through frequency-domain equalization exhibits minimal loss due to nonlinear distortion,and the performance can be further improved by using an equalization scheme.In addition,the system performance is severely degraded when the link length is more than 100 m and the transmit power is lower than 0 dBW.This conclusion is significant to design the wireless communication system.
