西方法治理念的发展及其基础

摘　　要：社会主义市场经济的进一步发展以及社会秩序的长治久安离不开依法治国,这也是社会文明向前发展的必然要求。对比中西方法治理念的发展及内涵,发现西方法治理念经过漫长的发展历史,其理念的形成必然离不开其深厚的基础背景,文章通过梳理西方法治理念的发展历程,总结和探讨了其中对西方法治理念发挥影响作用的基础背景,试图为我国法治建设带来一些启示与借鉴。The further development of socialist market economy and the long-term stability of social order are inseparable from the rule of law, which is also the inevitable requirement for the development of social civilization. Comparing the development and connotation of Chinese and western concept of rule of law, found that the western concept of rule of law after a long development history, the formation of the concept is the basis of the deep background, through combing the development of western concept of rule of law, this paper summarizes and discusses the influence of the western concept of rule of law background, trying to bring some enlightenment and reference to the rule of law construction of our country.
