未成年人司法制度的发展完善趋向

摘　　要：近年来有关未成年人各类案件的数量不断增长,尤其是校园暴力违法行为频繁曝光,其中不乏一些行为手段恶劣,后果严重,社会反响较为强烈,越来越引起社会公众和学术界的高度关注。就我国未成年人司法制度的现状而言,我国刑事诉讼法以及未成年人保护法等法律法规规定了一系列有关未成年人的具体司法制度,我国已初步建立未成年人司法制度体系。随着经济社会的快速发展,我国现行的一系列未成年人司法制度也需要不断发展与变革来适应新时代的社会形势与人民群众的诉求。In recent years, the number of various cases involving minors, including criminal offences, has been increasing, especially the frequent exposure of violent offences on campus. Many of them have bad means of behavior, serious consequences and strong social response, which have aroused more and more attention from the public and academia. As far as the current situation of juvenile justice system in China is concerned, a series of specific juvenile justice systems are stipulated in the form of laws in the Criminal Procedure Law and the Law on the Protection of Juveniles. At present, China has initially established a juvenile justice system. With the rapid development of economy and society, China’s current juvenile justice system also needs continuous development and reform to adapt to the social situation of the new era and the demands of the people. Therefore, this article will analyze and study the future development and improvement trend of juvenile justice system in China.
