摘 要:目的通过Meta分析探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)对川崎病并发冠脉损伤的诊断价值。方法计算机检索2006年1月至2018年1月发表的MMP-9诊断川崎病并发冠脉损伤的文献,使用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共有19篇文献入选,Meta分析结果显示川崎病并发冠脉损伤患儿血清MMP-9浓度与未合并冠脉损伤组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清MMP-9浓度可以作为预测川崎病并发冠脉损伤发生的指标。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) for Kawasaki disease complicated with coronary artery injury by meta-analysis. Methods The literature of MMP-9 for the diagnosis of Kawasaki disease complicated with coronary artery injury published from January 2007 to present was searched and meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man 5.3 software. Results A total of 19 articles were enrolled. The results of meta-analysis showed that the serum MMP-9 concentration in children with Kawasaki disease complicated with coronary artery injury was significantly different from that in patients without coronary artery injury (P<0.01). Conclusion Serum MMP-9 concentration can be used as an indicator to predict the occurrence of Kawasaki disease with coronary artery injury.
